$35 Diagnostic Fee
When you bring in equipment for repair, we provide a free visual inspection to determine what’s needed. If you want a detailed diagnosis with full parts lookup and labor estimate, there’s a $35 diagnostic fee.
This fee is waived if you proceed with the repair.
The diagnostic includes:
- Complete equipment inspection
- Problem identification and diagnosis
- Parts research and sourcing
- Detailed written estimate
- Labor estimate before work begins
What If I Don’t Proceed?
If you choose not to proceed with repairs after the diagnostic, the $35 fee covers our time and expertise. This protects both of us and ensures honest, upfront pricing.
If you do decide to go forward, the $35 diagnostic fee is completely waived—you won’t pay it separately.
Pickup & Delivery Pricing
Pickup and delivery is available upon request for an additional fee starting at $50.
Cost varies based on:
- Distance from our location
- Equipment size and weight
- Location accessibility (driveway, storage, etc.)
- Local area vs. extended service area
Equipment Size Limitations
For safe transportation and handling:
- ✓ Equipment width must not exceed 72 inches
- ✓ Weight capacity: standard residential equipment accepted
- ✓ Special equipment handled case-by-case
How It Works
- Contact us with your equipment details and location
- We schedule pickup at a time that works for you
- We pick up your equipment and transport it to our shop
- We complete repairs and contact you when ready
- We deliver it back to you upon completion
Scheduling
We coordinate pickup/delivery timing with you to minimize your downtime. Most local pickups can be scheduled within a few days.

Parts & Additional Charges
All pricing above is for labor only. Additional charges apply for:
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts – manufacturer pricing
- Aftermarket parts – competitive pricing available
- Shipping & handling – for special order parts
- Core charges – applicable for some core parts (cores may be returned for credit)
